Processing & shipping time

We understand the importance of prompt and efficient delivery service for our valuable customers. Orders received by 12:00 p.m. CET Monday-Friday will usually be shipped on the same day. The orders that we receive after 1:00 p.m. CET on Saturday, Sunday or on public holidays, will be shipped on the next business day.

To optimize and streamline the delivery process, please note that items in your order may ship at different times, depending on availability. We typically deliver orders within 2-7 business days from the shipment date. Please note, however, that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, and shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen events or severe weather conditions.

To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we may need to verify orders with our customers, which may cause delays. Moreover, transit time may vary depending on your proximity to our distribution center and inventory availability.

In case you need to make any changes, you can contact us immediately before the parcel is shipped out.

 

Order status

If you provided your email address at checkout, we will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will contain your shipment’s tracking number, which you can use to monitor your order directly through the shipping carrier’s website.

 

Taxes and other charges

Depending on the country of delivery, you may be required to pay extra tax or charges such as VAT and/or import duties.
